This course is for beginners & anyone who maybe feels out of touch or ready to re-connect with their guide team. No skill level is required for this course.
One recorded class will be loaded to the classroom site a week for four weeks.
Activity Instruction sheets and workbooks will also be uploaded for each class.
Live calls will be scheduled ahead of time. We will likely have these one evening during the week. They will be recorded if you can't make the live call and you can submit your questions ahead of the call.
There are many lessons included in this program and they will be broken up between four recorded class calls, bonus material, workbooks and instruction sheets, and live calls.
